Noorayn Home currently delivers orders across India.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within [2–4] business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Personalized, made-to-order or pre-order products may require additional processing time. Any special timeline will be mentioned on the relevant product page.

Estimated Delivery

After dispatch, delivery normally takes approximately [5–10] business days, depending on the delivery location and courier serviceability.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, remote locations or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before the order is placed.

Order Tracking

Once the order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared by email, SMS or WhatsApp using the contact information provided with the order.

Address Changes

Please contact us as soon as possible if the delivery address is incorrect. An address cannot normally be changed after the order has been dispatched.

Failed Delivery

Customers should provide a complete address and reachable phone number. If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts or refusal to accept the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.
